The founder of A Healthier You, Inc. has noticed when providing one-on-one sessions or group sessions for yoga, there were many who did not have a yoga mat. They would ask many questions about where to get a yoga mat, style, cost, and etc. The significance of the yoga mat is the start to becoming a healthier you. Being on the yoga mat, you can be able to physically move your body, whether that doing yoga or a high-intensity workout. It can help you connect to your mental and emotional well-being by meditating on your mat and allowing yourself to be still. The mat can signify whatever it is that you intend for it to be. Due to affordability and a lack of accessibility, we decided to provide free yoga mats to individuals living in Prince George’s County, MD.
