How to relax when you are under a lot of stress:
- Take a bubble bath
- Light a candle
- Take a shower with the lights off
- Drink some tea
- Get a massage
- Drink some wine
- Light an incense and play some good music
- Play jazz music
- Meditate
- Remove your phone and just watch TV
- Go to the gym
- Invite some friends
- Go to the movies
- Bake a cake
Set some time out to relax. At least spend an hour of relaxing. Having some “me time” is what keeps you going in life. You need a balance.
