Working out/ Be active
You should at least spend 30 minutes a day exercising. You can take the time out of your day to do that. Go for a walk, do some arm exercises, jumping jacks, or whatever gets you moving, but make sure you do it. At least work out for 5 days out of the 7. I normally workout Monday through Friday, Saturday rest day, and Sunday a light workout.
You’re supposed to drink 8 cups of water, but I suggest a few more than 8. Water is so vital. You will thank your body when you're old. Water is definitely the cure for a lot of your health problems.
Working out and eating horrible is an oxymoron. Eat right. If you're going to eat greasy, just do it one day out of the week, so you will not feel deprived. We as people have to do better when it comes to taking care our bodies and eating the proper food.
Start eating more fresh and organic food. You can taste the difference and your body will feel the difference. God, your mind, and body should always be your first priority. It’s only 30 minutes. Work out while watching TV, get a workout partner, just get moving.
Don’t be lazy.
